Program Manager/Service Coordinator
Provide overall coordination and program management for expanded employment program being launched jointly by Jewish Family Services and Jewish Vocational Service. The program will serve the unemployed in the Jewish community. Develop overall process flows, coordinate volunteer and client involvement, develop standardized intake. Work with career coaches, job developer and volunteers.
Minimum Requirements – Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with strong program management experience. Excellent communication and computer skills, ability to assess client needs and work well as a matrix manager. PT at 20 hrs/wk. Flexible hours.
