For every story we've shared with you, there are many more that will touch your heart, and many others yet to be told.

Now more than ever, each dollar is precious. We want to make sure we are prepared to help our clients meet the challenges that life has thrown them.

So, in case you were waiting for the invitation, there's no 2009 JFS Annual Dinner. But it's our hope that many of the dollars that would have gone to that will now be available to help us serve those who seek our help.

Counselors to help address financial crisis situations. Payment for utilities. A knowledgable guide for navigating the social welfare networks. A reassuring Jewish approach to helping older adults going through the most challenging part of their long lives.

Your generous support of JFS through the years becomes many things. We strive to be an ear to the community, understanding needs and cultivating resources to meet them. We've been doing it for over 100 years, and there's never been a time when your help is more appreciated.
