JFS Driving Risk Awareness for Teens and Parents @ The J KC

This workshop, open to 9th and 10th graders and their parents.

Facilitated by: Susie Hurst, MA – Adolescent Specialist, C.H.A.I. Program & Captain Mark Terman KCPD (Ret.)
• A realistic picture of the risks of teen driving
• Practical advice on ways families can reduce teen driving risks
• Teen-parent involvement and cooperation in teen driving, and a teen-parent driving agreement
Teens’ risk of being in a car crash is at a lifetime high in their first 12 to 24 months of driving.
Offered by CHAI, a program of Jewish Family Services with funding from Jewish Federation.
