JFSKC’s Mental Health Programs Team is pleased to announce that it will continue to offer the free virtual Mindful Mondays program from 11:30 AM to Noon.
Sondra Wallace, MSED, JFS Mental Health Coalition Coordinator, and Julia Grimm, LMLP, JFS Therapist will lead our Mindful Mondays sessions. Mindfulness is an evidence-based practice and focused on being aware of what an individual is sensing and feeling in the moment without interpretation of judgment.
Mindful Mondays are free, but registration is required. Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email containing a link to join each session. Participants may attend one or all virtual sessions.
