The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the leadership team, consisting of the five members of the C-level staff, including scheduling meetings, assisting with video conferences, letter writing and computing mileage. This position is a broad administrative position with a wide variety of activities and responsibilities. The position also includes staffing the front desk in our Brookside office, greeting clients and managing visitors. In addition, the Administrative Assistant is a primary liaison with the JFS Board of Directors.

The Billing Specialist manages the claims process, including accurate and timely claim creation, follow‐up and correspondence with providers, insurance inquiries/correspondence. The individual will assist in the clarification and development of process improvements and inquiries, and assure payments related to patient services from all sources are recorded and reconciled timely to maximize revenues. Other important responsibilities include credentialing, enrollment processin andg reporting.

JFS Navigator – Intake and Referral Specialist
In active collaboration with other call center staff, a successful individual will support and advance the mission of Jewish Family Services by providing quality information and referrals to callers about JFS and community services. The JFS Navigator specialist will work collaboratively with JFS programs and staff to assist clients in a caring and timely manner.
The JFS Navigator specialist is responsible for intake to JFS Services, accurately recording client information in our internal database and managing closed-loop reporting with key strategic partners for community referrals. This position will also provide scheduling support to our older adult clients in the JET Express Transportation and Help at Home Maintenance programs.
