Join JFS Therapist Julia Grimm and JFS Director of Mental Health Programs, Sondra Wallace, as they begin a new season of the free, community-wide, virtual access mindfulness program. This season will guide participants through mindfulness experiences and education to Warm, Love, and Grow From The Inside Out. Each four-week series is anchored in science, practices, and experiences to enhance an individual’s overall well-being and meet the challenges of everyday life. The series topics include:
- Warming from the Inside Out: Using Mindfulness Practices during the Winter Chill – January 24, 31, February 7, and 14
- Loving from the Inside Out: Using Mindfulness Practices to Experience, Share and Show Love – February 28, March 7, 14, and 21
- Growing from the Inside Out: Using Mindfulness Practices for Personal Growth – March 28, April 4, 11, and 18.
The sessions are free, but registration is required at the Mindful Mondays registration link. Once registered, participants will receive a Zoom link to join each session. Participants may attend one or all virtual sessions.
