Learn, Laugh, Love: The Shofar

Learn, Laugh, & Love

Join the Heritage Center at The J virtually on Thursday, September 17, from 1 – 2:00 p.m. for a Learn, Laugh, and Love event. Rabbi Aron Rubin, Community Kollel of Kansas City, will speak about the significance of the Shofar on Rosh Hashanah. What do the various sounds represent? Why do we use a ram’s horn? Why on Rosh Hashanah? What symbolic meaning and messaging can the Shofar bring into our lives? Learn more about this element of Rosh Hashanah, only a few days before the festival.
