This free, 12-week series of classes is for family and friends of individuals with mental illness. Taught by trained National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) family members, the Family-to-Family Education Course provides caregivers with communication and problem-solving techniques, coping mechanisms and the self-care skills needed to deal with their loved one’s mental illness as well as its impact on the family.
