The month of March marks the transition from winter to spring. Life outside begins anew and we see our environment transform. Here in the midwest, the change in weather can be erratic and a bit out of balance. Shorts one day, snow pants the next. You just never know what you’re going to get.
Life can be much the same way. We experience high highs, low lows, and along the way, likely a lot of middle ground. In other words, emotional experiences from one end of the spectrum to the other. So it’s important to pay attention. To see where we are now, and where we want to go from here. A time of growth, awareness and transformation. Lean into your strengths, provide yourself with grace and always remember to be true to yourself.
No two flowers are exactly alike. Some trees stand taller and stronger. In the end, each of us finds our place. If it feels like you don’t belong, make space, because there is always room.
Be strong, be yourself reach out for your new beginning.
