Area Jewish organizations, under the banner of Jewish Voices United, will collect items for the approximately 50 children, ages 6-17, who have been separated from their parents and brought to The Villages in Topeka, Kansas. Their (mostly boys) needs are: underwear/socks (only new and unused, please), CD players and Spanish CDs (especially for bedtime), age-appropriate toys, arts and crafts supplies, and school supplies.
