JFS Tech Connect equipped older adults with a tablet, assisted with internet access (if necessary), and trained them over a 10-week virtual course on how to use their new device. This initiative, launched in June 2020, helped older adults avoid isolation during the pandemic by connecting them with family and friends and provided them access to services available online.
